A case of Obstructed indirect inguinal complex hernia with impending gangrene of Terminal ileum and omentum, associated with hydrocele got operated for Herniorrhaphy and orchidopexy on 13th January 2025 by Dr. Pavan Joshi, Dr. Siddanagouda A Patil, Dr. Chandra Bhushan Sinha, anaesthetist Dr. Pavitra Dandin, assisted by PG scholars Dr. Rishikesh and Dr. Ganesh. Proper diagnosis and timely intervention helped to save intestines of the patient. Other PGs and interns were present during the procedure
